Motion Correction Challenge - Submission Motion Correction Challenge - Submission

We require participants to send us their motion corrected images in the same image format (DICOM). These will be the registered image dataset, where there are (ideally) no motion artefacts. A steady myocardium will be visible throughout the sequence with contrast agent washed-in and washed-out. We will then validate these images based on the provided contours to every frame to compute the flow indices. Comparisons will be made with other participants and results will be presented at the STACOM 2014 workshop. Note that there is no winner or loser in this challenge.

Participants may also send contours on each frame. We will validate these based on the Hausdorff distance from the automated contour detection with manually drawn contours. We have an expert who drew contours on each frame manually. However, this is not a mandatory submission as certain motion correction methods do not produce myocardial contours.

Please ZIP image files per patient and use the same filename and the same folder structure as the original data.
